Hi, I couldn't really come up with a proper title for this question. I couldn't really find a proper way to word it so my question is kind of confusing. Right now I'm in the process of cutting. I half calculated my daily calorie limit to be 2500. Now obviously I need a 500 calorie deficit of that to continue to loose weight. If I consume more than that through my diet, but burn of some of those calories through exercise, does it still count as a deficit? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References: forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=148642673Manufacturing Process Video

No matter what your daily activity, whether you’re cooking, brushing your teeth, carrying groceries, pilates makes you more aware of your ability to pull your stomach in and pull your shoulders down for good posture and spinal alignment.

Consuming dietary supplements may also aid in tissue maintenance and repair, processes that occur throughout your life. Your day to day activities put a strain on your tissues, and specialized cells within your body continually produce proteins that make up healthy new tissue to replace old, damaged tissue. Defects in tissue repair and maintenance lead to diseases, such as osteoporosis, that develop from bone wasting that commonly occurs as you age.

Physical activity helps to reduce body fat by building or preserving muscle mass and improving the body's ability to use calories. When physical activity is combined with proper nutrition, it can help control weight and prevent obesity, a major risk factor for many diseases.
