Fruits are good to lose the excess body weight. Fresh fruits control the cholesterol level and help to burn the fat naturally, that's why fruits diet is mostly recommended to lose the body weight. Most effective fruits for the weight control are apple, orange, grapefruit, pear, berries, and melon.

Thank you for these recommendations. I think that for most people, it is a lot easier to keep the weight off if they can rely on sweet treats such as these fruits. I am certainly going to try to incorporate these into my daily diet. Thank you for sharing this list!

Foods are very necessary. Fruit is naturally low in fat, sodium and calories, and rich in potassium, fiber, vitamin C and folate.
