I would agree that for me, water has been the key factor. Drinking more water throughout the day meant less hunger, less hunger ultimately meant less calories taken in, which meant less calories that I had to worry about at the gym. It worked perfectly for me – great advice here.

I think that repetition is also key for me. I forgot to mention that the first time around. Yes, good, healthy foods are not always going to taste great the first time around. However, if you keep at it, eventually you are going to feel much better than before and you will notice the difference.
