Well according to me,Maintaining the diet is the best way to lose the weight.By eating the correct food we can burn the unnecessary fats. Just have healthy and clean food.That works a lot in this matter like fruits and vegetables.

According to me if you want to lose your weight than must do exercise and dieting. I think both are good and essential for weight loss purpose. In your meal try to eat low fat and carbs. And in exercise, You should do cycling or swimming. Yoga and other aerobics are also helpful.

In order for this process to happen, you have to actually chew your food. Sounds simple right? Unfortunately in the fast paced, rush everywhere, do a million things at once kind of world we live in, most of us are lucky if we are able to scarf down a sandwich, while sending an email, talking on the phone, tweeting, and saving the world all at the same time. The experience of eating has changed and it¡¯s time we stop swallowing our food whole and take back the joys of eating.

Diet also plays an important role in weight control. If you want to reduce your body weight then you should go on raw veggies diet plan or protein based diet plan. Cut down the use of fats, fried foods, junk foods, and fast foods etc. and add more fruits, vegetables, and water foods for the easy weight control. Exercise and Fitness
