For the stomach fat reduction do regular cardio exercises specially jogging, running, and swimming for at least 30 minutes daily. Also take more fat burning foods in your diet such as green tea, fish, fish oil, olive oil, fresh fruits juices, and green vegetables salad and soups. Exercise and Fitness
