Healthy foods play an important role to maintain our health, and prevent us from various diseases. For the healthy diet we need proper amount of vitamins, protein, fiber, carbohydrates, calcium, iron, mineral, and nutrition. To get all these foods elements we must eat all kinds of fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, meat, fish, eggs, and all dairy products.

This is very true. I have personally taken a bit of a Paleo approach with my own twist on it. I just eat foods that I know are actually grown rather than something that could have almost been produced in a laboratory. Especially if it has more than 10 ingredients on there that I would not be able to pronounce, I am not going to eat it.
